Creativity; Some Really Cool And Useful Links.

Creativity is an art.  Business leaders manage so many creative processes we often forget how many useful thoughts help to produce the working things that drive our business models.  For the business leaders who struggle with producing well-to-do creative energies, some tips on how to perform that task follow.

Creativity is a stumbling block for some business leaders.  Many leaders have strong abilities to organize their business model well.  Some other leaders have great people skills to add value to their business model.  Some business leaders are excellent with the necessary skills regarding the accounting needs of a business model.  All of these traits are necessary and vital to perform in order to produce a successful business model.  However, not all business leaders have a good strain of ability built within their personal chemistry to perform the creative needs their business models require.  Those leaders do not create the right kind of interest their business model demands.

In an earlier post we covered this subject lightly.  However, I believe it needs more attention.  For the business leaders who perform high levels of creativity, some of these tips may look like routine suggestions.  For those who struggle with creativity, these ideas are simple to do and provide a useful path to help develop a way to add creativity to your business model.

In the past I listed 10 of the top blog business sites as links for the readers to use to get more advice on how to help your business grow.  Those blog sites were listed under the heading "Some Really Cool And Useful Links" located on the right side column of this blog.  For this particular subject, improving creativity, I changed those top ten blog sites under that heading.  I searched the web to find the top 10 business blogs recognized on the web.  Instead of posting the top 10 advice sites to read, I changed the top 10 to be the ones who have grabbed the highest business blog attention.  This way we are able to review the ones who are really doing it, instead of the ones who suggest to us how to do it.

One of the best techniques for developing a creative thought process is to check out the ones who are leading the way.  Always be open to make your self available to witness who is doing it well.  Be aware of the winning business models all around you.  Do not limit your examinations to remain only to those who directly do what your business does.  Learn how to cross over to other sectors of business.  We will take these new top ten business blogs and check each one out to review what kinds of creativity each is using to attract our readership and activity participation.  Let's go check them out and see what we find.

The first one is "Sweet Leaf Tea."  Click to see the site. http://sweetleafteablog.com/

This site immediately offers a font setting that is different than most other sites.  It has key words across the title top that spell out fun.  On the cover page is also a moving graphic to capture the readers attention.  The title of the site is also timely, popular and relevant.  It also offers a theme music link on the cover.  That is an interesting step.  The use of color is as important to note as the type of font.  The background is plain and simple.  And at first glance in caps is the description of how to win a contest in this site.  So far we have not read the material or examined how well the rest of the site is composed.  The first impressions are all that you need to examine.  These components are the ones that either grab the readers attention or do not.  At this point, this is all a non-creative person needs to study.

The second one is "Delicious Days."  Click to see the site. http://www.deliciousdays.com/

At first glance, which is all we want to do to examine the level of creativity used, is a site that also has a simple background.  Check out how creative the title, logo and authors name is applied.  Very large in attention and simple in design.  The authors name is the smallest part of the attention effort, however.  Old news of importance is listed in order on the right hand side column of the blog.  A high quality food photo grabs the reader on the opening page.  If you click down a little bit you will notice incredible photos of great food presentations with some very professional color and content arrangements.  The font is unique to this site as well.  A simple design is attractive, as well.  Most of the food photos are close-ups of the food.  Pay attention to these types of little details.  Good business models do not skimp on the little details.  They want it right more than they want it done.

The third one is "Man Of The House."  Click to see the site. http://manofthehouse.com/

The fourth one is "Disney Parks."  Click to see the site. http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/

This is also a professionally produced blog site.  The clues are obvious.  The background is not simple, however, on this site.  It is a background that coordinates with the Disney theme, though.  The logo and banner photo are designed to grab the readers attention.  The use of words and copy are limited at the top of the opening page.  Photos are the significant attention source.  Color and smiles are very important for this blog to portray.  Organized listings are a big part of this blog design.  Pay attention to these little nuances.

The last blog we will check out is the fifth one.  We will cover the other five links on a future post.  You may want to go to the right hand column and find the "Some Really Cool And Useful Links" box on this blog.  Click on the other five top 10 business blog sites and check out the creativity factors for yourself.  You can do your own evaluations of how they are designed and see what grabs your immediate attention.  These items that grab your immediate attention are likely the reasons why these sites are high on the readers lists.

The fifth one is "Nuts About Southwest."  Click to see the site. http://www.blogsouthwest.com/

Again, a professionally prepared blog site.  The background is colorful and relevant to the industry this site manages.  Cool colors, organized listings, a video to open the page and a very professionally arranged theme.  Check out the title and the page connectivity.  The bag of nuts and the theme are all part of branding the service and product.  These are very professional attempts.  I like the smoothness this site provides, however.  Make your eyes travel around to see what grabs your attention.  These are important items in the design success.

These types of reviews are helpful to introduce creativity into your business model.  Use some of these ideas in your own business.  They have a measure of success that will help your model perform better.  You can improve your creativity using this kind of method for developing a creative presentation your business desires.  Get used to checking out the winners.  Make sure you always evaluate the things winners are doing.  These types of processes help your business to become more attractive.  More attractive approaches translates to more visitors.  More visitors translates to more revenue options.

Relax and have fun with this process.  Help it to help you so you can help your business model.

Until next time...
